    Level 5 Pro Active 24/7 Monitoring Emergency Procedures

    For all services modified by the client or not installed by KEKhost's team, detailed emergency Procedure must be provided for each monitored service. Emergency procedures to restart unsupported softwares and services can be provided. In the case of the failure of an unsupported service, our team will only intent to RESTART the unsupported service with the provided emergency procedure. In the case that the restart procedure would fail, you will be contacted to follow up and fix the issue with the unsupported software.

    How does the backup system work?

    The client must ask for the backup system to be configured on his server and must specify the directories that will have to be backed up. Each day, a backup script is executed in order to take a snapshot of the data. The client will receive a daily email confirmation of the backup. Only the data that has changed from the previous snapshot will be updated on the backup. Most of the log and system files will be excluded from the backups. The snapshots are saved for a period of 14 days. The client can restore files from day 1 to day 14.

    What is the « bad surprise » insurance?

    Level 3, 4 and 5 administration plans are protected against "bad surprises" which means that if your server is the victim of a virus, worm, software malfunction or any other unpredictable event that requires your server and operating system to be reinstalled, iWeb™ MyServerNow will reinstall your system and give it back to you in its original condition (when you first received it) within 4 hours following your request. This can be done 24/7 without any reinstallation fees and without any time being deducted from your monthly administration package.
